“ Neto” was CEO of Aviva between 2006-2019, holder of the Hot Park, Rio Quente Resorts and Costa do Sauipe brands. Largest player in the mixed-use industry in Brazil, Aviva operates in Leisure Hospitality, Water Parks, Timeshare, Tour Operator and Multiproperty.

Responsible for bringing the timeshare industry to Brazil, Neto created the biggest vacation club in South America with more than 4 billions BRL in sales. Led an operation with 13 hotels (2,700 Uhs), 9th largest water park in the world and more than 2.2 million customers/year . Under his management, Aviva became a benchmark in business model, governance, sustainability, operations, human talent and innovation.

Neto led the consolidation of the Rio Quente destination and the acquisition and repositioning of the Costa do Sauipe destination in the largest M&A operation in the hospitality and leisure industry. Prior to the tourism and entertainment industry, Neto started his career at Banco de Investimento Garantia, and later worked in executive and board positions in various sectors such as telecommunications engineering, agribusiness and forestry. Neto combines investor, board member and executive profiles, together with a strategic financial vision for value creation. He currently holds various positions in associations such as Resorts Brasil, ADIT and G-20.
